Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute the full-channel sales strategy in Thailand, covering KA accounts, telecom operators, distributors, and retail stores.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets (volume, market share, new product launch performance) and continuously increase Infinix's market share in Thailand.
2. Customer & Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key KA accounts (e.g., major hypermarket chains, offline partners of e-commerce platforms).
- Deeply engage with leading Thai telecom operators (e.g., AIS, True) to drive operator cooperation mechanisms.
- Manage the two-tier distribution network, maintain strong relationships with core distributors, and ensure channel health and coverage efficiency.
3. New Product Launch & Go-to-Market
- Lead the channel-side launch plan for new products in Thailand; collaborate with the marketing team to design channel incentives and sell-in policies.
- Monitor sell-out data after launch and quickly adjust channel tactics to ensure strong first-sale momentum and sustained growth.
4. Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and manage the channel sales team (including regional managers, account supervisors, etc.), set KPIs, track performance, organize training and evaluations.
- Cultivate company culture and build a high-execution, high-retention channel sales force.
5. Market Intelligence & Competitive Response
- Track competitors channel activities, pricing changes, and promotions; propose countermeasures.
- Regularly report Thailand channel dynamics to headquarters, supporting product and pricing optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.5+ years of channel sales experience in consumer electronics or telecommunications, with at least 3 years in a channel management role; mobile phone industry experience is a strong plus.
- Deep knowledge of Thailand's local channel landscape, with existing connections to KA accounts, operators, or major distributors.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and resilience under pressure; results-driven mindset.
- Fluent in Chinese or English (working language proficiency); Chinese speaking is a plus.
- Willing to travel frequently within Thailand.
