Senior Sales Leader True Visions

We're looking for a Senior Sales Leader to drive growth in the commercial and property sectors, including hotels, condominiums, and multi-dwelling developments.

What You'll Do
- Lead Sales Strategy & Growth:
- Develop sales strategies, market insights, and competitive analyses to deliver tailored entertainment and connectivity solutions that achieve business goals.
- Drive New Business:
- Manage and motivate sales teams to expand our presence in corporate and property sectors from new property developments to hospitality businesses.
- Strengthen Customer Retention:
- Oversee customer care and retention programs to ensure high satisfaction and long-term partnerships with True Visions clients.
- Operational Excellence:
- Manage end-to-end sales operations including reporting, data management, and promotional campaigns to support revenue growth.
- Plan Budgets & Incentives:
- Prepare and manage budgets, sales incentives, and communication plans that drive performance and align with company objectives.
- Innovate with E2E Solutions:
- Develop end-to-end entertainment solutions (including TV, broadband, and digital services) tailored for the hospitality and property industries.
- Build Brand & Partnerships:
- Collaborate with external organizations, associations, and partners to enhance brand visibility, strengthen relationships, and promote True Visions services.
- Empower & Develop Teams:
- Lead and coach sales and support teams to reach their full potential, improving efficiency and overall team performance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within corporate, hospitality, or property sectors.
- Strong background in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Understanding of TV content rights, entertainment systems, or property technology is a plus.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills both with internal teams and external partners.
- Good command of English and Thai.
