Sales Manager
We ARE Renewables is looking for a Sales Manager for one of our clients in the energy industry.
Responsibilities
- Drive business growth within the data center industry in the assigned region
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Promote modular data center solutions and value-added services
- Lead and execute regional sales initiatives and strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Provide strategic input based on strong industry knowledge and insights
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (engineering, project delivery, service, and marketing) to support sales success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the data center or infrastructure solutions industry.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
- Business Development, Sales, Engineering, or Technical Management related to data center or IDC/IT infrastructure industries.
- Strong understanding of modular data centers, M & E systems, and value-added services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Project coordination and stakeholder management
- Market research and strategic analysis
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project timelines (e.g., Gantt charts)
