Job Description

Primary duties and responsibilities

  • Support the manager in implementing strategies within the county and leading the local Medical Technology Sales and Applications team in the achievement of the budgeted KPI.
  • Formulate and implement business development strategies to achieve long term as well as short term revenue targets.
  • Lead, develop, coach and motivate a high-performance sales and applications team towards target achievement.
  • Provide direction and execution in areas of marketing and training development, KOL management etc.
  • Provide market analysis, forecasts and regular reports to management.
  • Implement global product strategies as cascaded down that suit the local market.
  • Uphold the highest standard of sales and service excellence, CRM and process improvements in driving the Medical Technology business segment toward target achievement.
  • Manage and supervise OPT operations to achieve monthly and quarterly target and forecast accuracy.
  • Always support team in addressing critical issue which will affect to company, team and customer professionally.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Data Protection, PDPA

  • Ensure all related with PDPA is completed

  • Projects (TH, Regional and HQ)

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor&aposs Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or any related fields
  • At least 7 to 10 years of experience in the Medical Equipment Market, OPT Workflow or Surgical would be preferred.
  • At least 3 years of people manager experience with excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.
  • Strong key account management skills.
  • Focus on sale procedure, marketing involving and initiative execution.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency command in English
  • Experience with programing relate to sales function such as Salesforce, CRM, SAP
