We are currently seeking a passionate to join our team as Sales Operations Specialist in Thailand.
Job summary:
- Support an sales operation team
- Supporting mid-market and enterprise merchants
- Drive improved results for KPIs, including onboarding time, conversion, and operational efficiency of merchants and consumers
- Work with sales team and operations team to develop success plans for core and emerging onboarding modules
- Drive execution and standardization using onboarding plans in Hero Plus
- Achieve high efficiency and conversion scores for onboarding engagements
- Coordinate with the operations team to define data, reporting and automation needs to achieve objectives
Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Operation or Administration field
- Energetic, self-motivated, well-organized, detailed-minded and willing to learn
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken in English and Thai
- PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Immediately available is preferred
