Job Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Promotion Officer/ Supervisor who will be responsible for driving revenue through leasing of promotional spaces (kiosks, booths, event areas) within the mall. This role focuses on identifying potential tenants, managing short-term leasing opportunities, and ensuring optimal utilization of mall spaces to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential tenants for short-term and promotional leasing spaces
- Manage leasing of kiosks, pop-up stores, and event areas to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, tenant relations) for smooth execution of promotions
- Prepare leasing proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective leasing strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new tenants
- Oversee setup and compliance of promotional spaces in line with mall standards
- Track sales performance and prepare leasing reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, promotions, leasing, or marketing in the shopping mall.
- Having sales skill
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer engagement skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and proactive.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design effective promotions.
