Responsibility

  • Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals and workforce plans;
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions, from job intake to offer acceptance;
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, setting clear KPIs and performance expectations;
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and market conditions;
  • Provide market insights, recruitment recommendations, and support in hiring decisions;
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) and drive process improvements;
  • Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and consistently applied across the team;
  • Drive adoption and optimisation of ATS and other recruitment tools, and identify opportunities for automation;
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or critical roles, leveraging multiple sourcing channels (job boards, referrals, direct sourcing, agencies);
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 610 years of recruitment experience, with at least 23 years in a people management role;
  • Strong experience managing high-volume and/or specialised hiring, with ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams;
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with ability to coach and develop recruiters;
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret recruitment metrics and drive improvements;
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills;
  • Solid understanding of recruitment markets, sourcing strategies, and employer branding;
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment technology; familiarity with regional or multi-country recruitment is a plus.
