Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, nurture relationships with existing clients, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals and quotations, presenting furnishing solutions that align with client needs, and coordinating with internal design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role also involves monitoring market trends, maintaining an up-to-date pipeline in the CRM system, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Specialist will represent Multifiber at client meetings, site visits, trade events, and product presentations to support brand visibility and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing ability.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to deliver Training and product presentations to clients and internal teams as needed.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in furnishings, interior products, construction, or hospitality-related solutions.
  • Comfort working with targets, KPIs, and CRM tools, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluency in English and Thai, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel within Thailand and occasionally internationally for client meetings and industry events.
