Job Description

  • Achieve/exceed annual sales targets and KPIs within assigned territory
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead qualification
  • Manage full sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with scientists, lab managers, and procurement teams
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Provide consultative selling approach to understand customer workflows and challenges
  • Collaborate with applications scientists and technical support teams
  • Identify market trends and competitive landscape in genomics/life sciences
  • Attend scientific conferences, trade shows, and networking events
  • Provide customer feedback to product management and R&D teams
  • Work closely with inside sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Support contract negotiations and pricing discussions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction
