Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangkok for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, delivering training related to products or services, and managing sales strategies to support business growth. Collaboration with team members and thorough understanding of customer needs will be key components of the role.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales processes
- Experience in Training clients or team members on product or service offerings
- Strong abilities in Sales Management, including strategy development and team collaboration
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to meeting client and business needs
- Proven experience in a sales role or similar client-facing position
- Bachelor's degree in medical science, medical technology, or related field is preferred
- Fluency in Thai and proficiency in English is an advantage
