Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Supervisor role based in Bangkok City, Thailand. The Sales Supervisor will oversee a team of sales professionals, set daily and weekly sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to achieve revenue goals. This role includes managing key customer accounts, responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. The Sales Supervisor will analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and support pricing decisions. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth cargo movements, preparing sales reports for management, participating in customer visits, and supporting training and onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, monitor performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven Team Management and Training abilities to lead, coach, and develop a sales team toward consistent target achievement.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to maintain long-term client relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM or sales management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Language skills in Thai and English.
