Job Description

In this business critical role you will be responsible for driving growth of the responsible ASEAN market, performing strong distributor management, and flying business trip to ASEAN countries to understand market situation and develop business growth.

Job Description/Duties and Responsibilities

- Create and maintain good relationships with customers and support their requirement to increase sales opportunity and distribution networks through distributors.

- Achieve sales target by recruiting new clients and generating volume among existing customers with developing sales and marketing strategies with distributors to achieve goals.

- Develop and implement short and long-term business strategies for the responsible regions

- Continuously analyze market situation, sales & marketing performance, supply information, and distributor performance of the responsible regions

- Monitor competitive activities and proactively intervene to improve brand performance

- Understanding the distribution network, sales channel, route to market sales structure and marketing operations in different countries and create annual plans for consumer marketing, trade marketing, sales and RTM

- Collaborate with Internal team on business opportunities, NPD opportunities, and proposal of NPD launch plans

- Provide guidance to the distributors to execute the channel program including distribution coverage, instore execution, promotion execution, and new product launch

- Develop and manage efficient budgets for advertising, promotions while ensuring attainment of financial objectives, both topline and bottom-line

Lead, coach, and direct team members effectively

Experience

At least 1 years of experience in sales at CLMV, ASEAN or ASIA Market for FMCG product range.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing or related files.

At least 2 years of sales experience in FMCG distribution and marketing.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management and ability to function effectively as part of a team to gain cooperation of individuals across the organization

Good personality, good human relations.

Trust with people who are self-centered and results-oriented.

 Able to work under pressure.

Good organization and time management skills.

Excellent negotiating and building internal and external relationships.

Able to travel abroad

Good attitude and spirit of team players
