SAP Consultant (MM, ABAP, SAP Ariba)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an SAP Consultant specializing in MM (Materials Management) and ABAP, with exposure to SAP Ariba, to support and optimize our SAP environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring system stability post go-live, resolving functional and technical issues, driving system enhancements, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide post-implementation support for SAP MM and related system integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues across SAP MM, Ariba, and custom ABAP programs.
• Perform root cause analysis to implement sustainable fixes for recurring issues.
• Support end-users on procurement, sourcing, contracts, inventory management, and invoice processing within MM.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, and user exits as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements and minor enhancements.
• Prepare user guides, conduct training sessions, and drive adoption of new or improved functionalities.
• Monitor system performance, propose and implement optimizations to ensure efficiency.
• Assist in testing and validation of system patches, upgrades, and new functionalities.

Requirements:

• In-depth expertise in SAP S/4 HANA MM (Materials Management) module, covering procurement, sourcing, contracts, and inventory.
• Strong hands-on experience in ABAP development (reports, interfaces, enhancements, debugging).
• Experience in post-go-live support, incident management, and resolving system issues.
• Good understanding of integration between SAP MM, Ariba, and other modules (FI, SD, etc.).
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions.
