Architect solutions for a specific service or tower to optimize cost-to-serve and deliver value.
Design a solution approach encompassing a solution plan, cost estimates, staffing plan, delivery location strategy, and roadmap.
Facilitate a smooth transition of solutions through mobilization and stabilization phases.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
At least Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
Proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting SAP HCM and SuccessFactors for large-scale organizations.
Experience in Time Sheet or Time Management is a plus
Implementation experience is required
Possess a strong knowledge and experience in SAP configuration.
Know the integration points and tie-ins with other modules
Have developed very good interpersonal communication and user support management skills.
Possess strong analytical, incident resolution and problem-solving skills
Good Communication in English
