SAP Manager

This is an opportunity from a top-tier, industry-leading manufacturing enterprise with an expanding global footprint. They are currently seeking a highly capable SAP Manager to lead their ERP system improvements, drive S/4 HANA implementation projects, and optimize business process flows across multiple core functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact and functional lead for the company's SAP ERP system, bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements across various departments to improve overall business process flows.
• Lead and manage full-cycle SAP implementations, rollouts, system upgrades, and change requests.
• Design functional specifications, oversee system configurations, and coordinate closely with developers to deliver custom interfaces and enhancements.
• Lead testing phases, including Unit testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring system readiness before deployment.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot production issues, and educate/train end-users on system processes.
• Ensure system integrity and compliance with internal control policies and governance standards, supporting audit teams when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP functional consulting, system analysis, or ERP project management.
• Strong understanding and working experience in Core SAP Modules (such as Logistics, Production, Sales, or Financials). Broad end-to-end business process knowledge is highly valued.
• Proven track record of completing full-cycle SAP implementations or rollout projects (SAP S/4 HANA experience is a strong plus).
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry (e.g., large-scale production, electronics, or chemical manufacturing) is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global and local stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for short periods to support global rollout initiatives.
