Location: Near BTS Chong Nonsi / MRT Si Lom
Responsibilities:
- Support SAP MM implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and aligned with business needs
- Assist in maintaining system operations in line with agreed SLA
- Analyze and improve business processes within SAP MM, with exposure to integration with SD and FI/CO
- Perform SAP MM configuration and support related modules (SD / FI-CO) when required
- Handle change requests and support ongoing enhancements in SAP MM
- Participate in system demos, workshops, and user training sessions
- Prepare key documentation such as configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides
- Support testing activities (Unit, Integration, UAT) and assist during go-live phases
- Provide user support and help troubleshoot issues in SAP MM (and occasionally SD)
- Work collaboratively with business users and project teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in SAP MM
- Experience supporting SAP implementation or roll-out projects (at least 1 project exposure is a plus)
- Basic understanding of MM integration with FI/CO and SD
- Familiar with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process (Purchasing, Inventory, etc.)
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
