We're hiring an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to join a leading organisation in Bangkok, supporting large-scale digital transformation and supply chain optimisation initiatives across Thailand and the wider APAC region.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience delivering SAP IBP solutions and can work closely with business stakeholders to drive planning excellence across demand, supply, and S&OP processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end SAP IBP implementations (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimisation)
- Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions
- Configure and optimise IBP modules aligned to business processes and best practices
- Work closely with technical teams on integration with SAP S/4HANA and legacy systems
- Support testing, go-live, and post-implementation optimisation
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to junior consultants and internal teams
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering SAP IBP projects (minimum 2–3 full lifecycle implementations preferred)
- Strong functional knowledge across IBP modules (Demand, Supply, S&OP essential)
- Experience integrating IBP with SAP ECC or S/4HANA
- Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and operate in a client-facing environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- English required; Thai language strongly preferred
