About the Role

Direct and manage all campaigns, including QA and Sales Administration teams, to deliver the highest quality operational support to the Sales team and customers. Experienced in handling complaints, supervising in-house and outsourced teams, ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs, improving service quality through audits and analysis, vendor management, and regulatory reporting.
