Job Description

We are looking for experienced Scrum Masters to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality technology solutions within enterprise environments. You will act as a servant leader, driving collaboration, continuous improvement and effective stakeholder engagement while supporting broader Agile transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments, enjoys coaching teams and can confidently bridge business and technical conversations.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives
  • Coach teams on Scrum roles, artifacts and best practices to foster collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Identify and remove impediments to enable teams to deliver value efficiently
  • Promote empowerment and self-organization within teams while avoiding command-and-control approaches
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage priorities and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Support organization-wide Agile adoption and mentor junior Scrum Masters or team members
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Thai to ensure clarity in meetings and stakeholder interactions
  • Drive continuous improvement through structured retrospectives, feedback loops and training sessions

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of Scrum roles, artifacts, ceremonies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Expertise in designing and implementing performance metrics and dashboards to measure productivity, predictability and quality
  • Experience working with Scrum teams in large-scale enterprise environments
  • Proficiency in Jira and Azure DevOps for Agile project management and backlog tracking
  • Experience with Confluence, Miro and Microsoft Teams for collaboration and remote facilitation
  • CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
  • Professional proficiency in English and Thai, both spoken and written

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting multi-team or scaled Agile environments
  • Exposure to Agile transformation initiatives
  • PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master or PSM II/III certifications are a plus
  • Agile coaching or facilitation certifications such as ICP-ACC or ICAgile
