Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within the Evaluated Pricing System (EPS) program. In this role, you will contribute to the development of a large-scale financial data platform that ingests and enriches market data streams for enterprise-wide systems, while supporting ongoing feature development as the platform undergoes modernization and cloud migration to Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Support 2-3 distributed Scrum teams working across multiple time zones
• Drive adoption of Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Track and report delivery metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and cycle time
• Maintain team boards and documentation using Jira and Confluence
• Identify and remove impediments that affect team productivity or delivery timelines
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and Delivery Managers to ensure alignment on priorities
• Work closely with compliance teams to ensure development practices align with required standards
• Support release planning and backlog prioritization activities
• Assist teams operating in complex technical environments, including multiple environments, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments
• Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
• Hands-on experience supporting distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
• Solid understanding of Agile metrics and reporting practices
• Experience working in complex technical delivery environments
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Professional proficiency in English and Thai, both spoken and written
