The Opportunity

Overseeing Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand Dealers portfolio and actively supporting in daily operations and optimization of the spare parts procurement activity from CNH spare parts distribution centers. Responsible for meeting with customer needs through the entire from order placement until the invoicing and delivery to the dealer.

Key Accountability:

  • Monitor pipeline to ensure that all parts are timely invoiced,
  • Ensure all required activities in the order management process are performed timely,
  • Execute Back Order Resolution Process,
  • Give continuous feedback about Dealers Order pattern and prepare invoice and backorder Report to Parts Sales Manager,
  • Supervising the outbound flow of spare parts towards the dealers,
  • Follow up Dealer/ Customer returns and claims in line with the processes
  • Support Dealers on CNH systems and tools,
  • Place Customer Orders into the system when needed,
  • Inform non-Pricing items in the system to Pricing Team,
  • Follow-Up Warehouses Picking and Packing Activities and collaborate with Distribution Department,
  • Inform Dealers periodically about each warehouse's working way for every Order Type (such as Cut off time etc.),
  • Follow-up the invoicing process and its related documents,
  • Monitor CNH's service Level towards Dealers Customer Basis,
  • Classify the needs of Customers and share with APAC Marketing Team and SEA/ANZ Parts Sales Manager,
  • High level of collaboration with SEA/ANZ Parts Sales Manager and APAC Product Marketing Team

Key Deliverables:

  • Monthly Order Type Report on Dealer Level
  • Prepare Quarterly Customer Claims Status Report
  • CNH Service Level Report on Dealer Basis,

Qualifications

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, similar degrees,
  • 5 years plus experience in the field of Dealer Parts Support, Commercial Operations and Product Portfolio

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Fluent in English as written and oral Italian/French as a plus
  • Excellent Customer centric, problem-solving skills and result oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and multitasking
  • Ability to work independently and by objectives, as well as with a team
  • Being proactive, Self-motivated with high energy level and a strong work ethic
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic with good communication skills (clear and effective)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, Power point),
