About The Role
This role is perfect for someone who thinks beyond rankings and genuinely cares about outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimise SEO activity across multiple client accounts, maintaining a clear focus on business outcomes rather than just vanity metrics
- Perform keyword research, search intent analysis, content audits and competitor analysis to uncover meaningful opportunities for growth
- Create and optimise content that ranks well, reads well, and delivers genuine value to the people searching for it
- Use tools including Google Search Console, GA4, SEMRush, Ahrefs etc. to monitor performance, surface insights, and inform decisions
- Explore and test AI tools and workflows that improve efficiency and output quality without losing authenticity or strategic thinking
- Translate data and analytics into clear, commercially focused recommendations
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on account progress and identifying opportunities to add further value
- Stay up to date on developments in search, algorithm changes, and the evolving role of AI in marketing
The Ideal Candidate
- 1–2 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO, and at least basic technical SEO, with a good grasp of analytics and performance tracking
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, and GTM
- Strong writing ability with the ability to adapt tone to suit different audiences and produce content that is clear, engaging, and purposeful
- Good command of English language (spoken & written)
- A self-starter who brings ideas and expertise to the table rather than waiting to be directed
- Curious and proactive about testing new approaches, tools, and AI-driven workflows
- Detail-oriented with a genuine commitment to quality and getting things right, not just getting things done
- A collaborative team player who can also manage their own workload and priorities effectively
