Responsibilities
- Responsible for all secretarial & administrative duties e.g. filing, typing, incoming & outgoing documents.
- Arrange appointments, organize and provide services at any meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
- Manage databases and document filings.
- Handle email correspondences and liaise with relevant departments.
- Generate department reports as required on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 7 years of previous office work experience with key skills for secretaries.
Required Skills
- Proficient in computer programs and typing.
- Service mind, interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, and assertive personality.
- Time management and communication skills are essential.
- Good command of written & spoken English.
- Able to prepare and deliver presentations
