Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all secretarial & administrative duties e.g. filing, typing, incoming & outgoing documents.
  • Arrange appointments, organize and provide services at any meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
  • Manage databases and document filings.
  • Handle email correspondences and liaise with relevant departments.
  • Generate department reports as required on a regular basis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 7 years of previous office work experience with key skills for secretaries.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in computer programs and typing.
  • Service mind, interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, and assertive personality.
  • Time management and communication skills are essential.
  • Good command of written & spoken English.
  • Able to prepare and deliver presentations
