Job Description

Job Description:

  • Responsible for all secretarial & administrative duties e.g. filing, typing, incoming & outgoing documents.
  • Arrange appointments, organize and provide services at any meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Manage databases and document filings.
  • Handle email correspondence and liaise with relevant departments.
  • Generate department reports as required on a regular basis.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, art or related field.
  • At least 7 years of previous office work experience with key skills for secretaries.
  • Proficient in computer programs and typing.
  • Service mind, interpersonal skills, teamwork skills, and assertive personality.
  • Time management and communication skills are essential.
  • Good command of both written and spoken Thai and English.
  • Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
