Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update General Ledger and Journal Entries.
  • Manage the full set of accounts including AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS).
  • Manage and file Corporate Income Tax, VAT and Withholding Tax (PND3, 53, 54), ensuring full compliance with the Thai Revenue Code which could entail liaising with the Revenue Department.
  • Oversee payroll processing and statutory contributions (Social Security, Provident Fund, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with Thai accounting, tax, and labor laws.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
  • Managing intercompany transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Operate and manage accounting software (such as SAP) and generate management reports.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field (mandatory).
  • Minimum 4 years Accounting experience
  • CPA or Tax Auditor (TA) license is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai tax laws, TFRS, and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Thai accounting systems).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; proficient in Word
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High integrity, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
