Role Description

The Senior AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions that power enterprise applications and AI-driven products across Clicknext. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing production-ready AI services, developing pipelines for Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI, and designing AI Agent systems that balance autonomy, guardrails, and human oversight. The role involves close collaboration with product managers, software engineers, and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures — as well as leading AI projects, mentoring junior engineers, reviewing code, and contributing to technical best practices. The Senior AI Engineer will also evaluate emerging AI/ML frameworks and tools, ensure model performance, reliability, and cost efficiency, and oversee deployment across cloud and on-premise GPU infrastructure. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Clicknext's head office in Bangkok (BTS Phaya Thai).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience developing and deploying AI/machine learning systems in production environments
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Hands-on experience with AI pipelines, model serving, MLOps workflows, and cloud platforms
  • Experience with Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, APIs, microservices, and containerization
  • Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph, and agentic system design
  • Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases
  • Familiarity with model serving tools such as vLLM or Ollama, and deploying on GPU infrastructure and Linux environments
  • Experience with MongoDB, Redis, and FastAPI in production AI services
  • Familiarity with gRPC and message queue systems e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis Streams for building scalable AI service communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
