Mission Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer for a short-term, hands-on training mission. The consultant will

design and deliver an intensive AI training program for our internal teams, focusing on practical

applications of modern AI techniques, best practices, and real-world use cases.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a 3-day workshop covering foundational and advanced AI/ML concepts.

Teach participants how to design, build, and deploy AI models, emphasizing real business

applications.

Provide hands-on sessions using tools such as Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or OpenAI API.

Share industry experience and case studies from past projects (e.g., computer vision, NLP,

LLMs, RAG systems).

Support participants during practical exercises and ensure key learning outcomes are met.

Prepare and share training materials, examples, and documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science.

Proven background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning with hands-on experience in AI

domains such as Computer Vision, NLP, and LLMs.

Strong command of Python and popular deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).

Hands-on experience with AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI) and prompt engineering.

Good understanding of MLOps tools (e.g., Docker, MLFlow, Prometheus, Grafana).

Demonstrated experience delivering AI workshops, mentoring, or internal training.

Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.

Fluent in Thai (spoken and written) mandatory.

English proficiency for technical documentation and presentation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or RAG-based architectures.

Published research or recognized contribution in AI/ML communities.
