Role Overview
As a Senior AI Lead, you will be responsible for designing and deploying advanced AI systems, mentoring teams, and aligning AI initiatives with business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models at scale
- Define and execute AI strategy aligned with business objectives
- Architect end-to-end AI systems (data pipelines, model training, deployment)
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI opportunities
- Mentor and manage a team of data scientists and ML engineers
- Ensure best practices in MLOps, model monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Drive innovation in areas like Generative AI, NLP, and advanced analytics
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10+ years of experience, with 4–8 years in AI/ML roles
- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI frameworks
- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment
- Experience designing scalable data and AI architectures
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts and tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)
- Familiarity with big data tools like Spark
- Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and data privacy regulations
- Prior experience in leading and scaling AI teams
