We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong ability to analyze processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project specifications and requirements documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents, process maps, and user stories.
• Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and validate requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
