Job Description

Senior Business Analyst – Telecom BSS (Thai Speaking)

Location: Bangkok

Experience: 10+ Years

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst with strong Telecom BSS domain expertise to support a large-scale digital transformation program. The role requires hands-on experience across CRM, Order Management (OM), EPC, and CPQ modules along with strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering capabilities.

Key Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Telecom BSS Business Analysis
Experience across CRM, OM, EPC, and CPQ modules
Strong understanding of Prepaid, Postpaid, Fixed Broadband, IPTV, and B2B telecom products
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
Ability to manage requirement workshops, user stories, UAT, and functional documentation
Thai-speaking candidates preferred; bilingual communication skills (Thai & English) required
