You'll manage cross-functional projects, collaborate with multiple teams, and turn strategic ideas into impactful outcomes. Responsibilities
- Project & Initiative Management Drive key P2P business projects from concept to execution including planning, coordination, and delivery across internal teams.
- Strategic Development Identify market opportunities, evaluate business potential, and propose actionable growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with product, marketing, operations, and compliance teams to align project timelines, deliverables, and objectives.
- Performance & Impact Tracking Monitor outcomes, interpret data, and recommend improvements to optimize product and market performance.
- Stakeholder Communication Prepare updates, reports, and presentations for leadership, ensuring clarity, precision, and accountability.
- Agility & Ownership Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and take responsibility for driving initiatives to completion
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or project management within fintech, e-commerce, or digital industries.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of successful execution.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and translate them into strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across functions and levels.
- Self-starter with strong ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.
