Job Description

We are looking for a high-ownership, proactive Business Development Executive to join our P2P team.In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives that shape how users transfer money and interact within our ecosystem. You'll manage cross-functional projects, collaborate with multiple teams, and turn strategic ideas into impactful outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, thinks critically under pressure, and approaches challenges with both structure and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Project & Initiative Management Drive key P2P business projects from concept to execution including planning, coordination, and delivery across internal teams.
  • Strategic Development Identify market opportunities, evaluate business potential, and propose actionable growth strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with product, marketing, operations, and compliance teams to align project timelines, deliverables, and objectives.
  • Performance & Impact Tracking Monitor outcomes, interpret data, and recommend improvements to optimize product and market performance.
  • Stakeholder Communication Prepare updates, reports, and presentations for leadership, ensuring clarity, precision, and accountability.
  • Agility & Ownership Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and take responsibility for driving initiatives to completion

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or project management within fintech, e-commerce, or digital industries.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of successful execution.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and translate them into strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across functions and levels.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.
  • Professional presence, good wit, and the confidence to handle fast-changing priorities.
