Senior Business Development Manager (FX/CFD)
About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven SeniorBusiness Development Manager to join our team in Bangkok. In this pivotal onsite role, you will be responsible for driving growth by building and nurturing strong relationships with key partners, affiliates, and high-net-worth individuals. You will represent our brand with confidence, identify new business opportunities, and execute innovative strategies to attract, engage, and retain partners, primarily across Bangkok.

What You'll Be Doing
- Brand Ambassador: Proactively promote our brand and product offerings to expand our IB, affiliate and partner networks through phone calls, online meetings, face-to-face interactions and local expos.
- Strategic Networking: Identify and recruit new IB/Affiliate partnerships across Sydney and interstate, building relationships with high-net-worth clubs and other key stakeholders.
- Event Management: Organise boutique events and participate in expos to showcase our offerings and attract new partnerships.
- Relationship Management: Monitor and analyse partner performance on a weekly and monthly basis, optimising activities and driving efficiencies in sales and affiliate programs.
- Follow-Up & Engagement: Conduct initial follow-up calls after events and arrange one-on-one meetings with potential clients before passing leads to the sales team.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team based in Melbourne, including social media campaigns and content strategies, to boost partner engagement and drive growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and outstanding client experiences.
- Compliance Champions: Stay updated and adhere to revisions in compliance practices and procedures as implemented by the Compliance Team / Committee.
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Solid Client/Partner Base : You already have well developed client base and partners/IBs.
- Language Expertise: Fluency in Thai and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus to support our diverse client base.
- Proven Experience: Solid experience in business development or a related role in the FX/CFD industry for at least 1 year.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop a Business Development Plan and analyse performance metrics and implement initiatives to drive partner productivity and ROI.
- Team Collaboration: Capable of working independently or contributing as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
- Ethical Integrity: A commitment to honesty, transparency and accountability, upholding the highest professional standards.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with technical language in affiliate implementation and marketing strategies, as well as a solid understanding of FX/CFD trading platforms.
