Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Client Executive – Financial Lines (FINPRO) to support the growth of our Financial Lines portfolio in Thailand.

This is a client-facing, hands-on broking role responsible for managing corporate accounts, supporting renewals and placements, and delivering high quality advisory services across Financial Lines products.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage and service a portfolio of Financial Lines clients (eg: D&O, PI, Medical Malpractice, Crime)
  • Support policy renewals, placements, and insurer negotiations
  • Advise clients on coverage structure, policy wording, and risk solutions
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Work closely with insurers (local and regional) to secure optimal terms
  • Support new business development and cross-selling initiatives
  • Coordinate internally with regional and offshore teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain string relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide support on claims advocacy and escalation, where required

What you need to have:

  • 3-8 years of experience in insurance, with preference for:
    • Financial Lines broking, OR
    • Liability / Financial Lines underwriting OR
    • Liability claims handling with string client exposure
  • Exposure to Financial Lines products (eg D&O, PI, Cyber, FI, Liability)
  • Experience in handling corporate or commercial clients
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Fluent in English and Thai

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in a broker environment (highly preferred)
  • Exposure to multinational or complex accounts
  • Law degree or legal/claims background (for non-broking candidates)
  • Experience working with regional stakeholders or insurers
