Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Designer to join our Thailand office as part of the production team, with a strong focus on FMCG and POSM design.
The role involves creating, designing, and producing compelling, on-brand graphics for a wide range of FMCG campaigns, POSM, retail, print, and digital projects for international clients. As a Senior Designer, you will lead design projects from concept through to delivery, support and mentor junior designers, and ensure all visual outputs align with brand guidelines, production standards, and shopper marketing objectives, while meeting each client's vision.
Position Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of FMCG and POSM materials across multiple brands and campaigns, ensuring strong on-shelf impact and in-store effectiveness.
- Create engaging content for a wide range of outputs, with a primary focus on point-of-sale, in-store promotional materials, and retail communications, alongside digital and print assets.
- Design and conceptualise a broad variety of creative assets including POSM, shelf talkers, wobblers, dump bins, posters, brochures, print collaterals, online banners, eDMs, social posts, and design mock-ups.
- Develop creative solutions that reflect current design and retail trends while adhering to brand guidelines and shopper marketing objectives.
- Own the design process from concept through to final artwork, ensuring all FMCG and POSM outputs meet the highest standards of creativity, accuracy, and production quality.
- Apply strong attention to detail, performing thorough quality checks against briefs, technical specifications, and print requirements.
- Manage multiple FMCG design projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and deadlines.
- Collaborate within a creative team, sharing work daily to deliver high-quality, on-brief FMCG and retail outputs.
- Maintain a well-organised project filing system in line with studio workflow processes.
- Continuously develop professional skills and stay up to date with new software, tools, and FMCG retail design best practices.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent years of professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, with hands-on experience in FMCG and POSM design within an agency or brand environment.
- Strong knowledge and skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign in a Mac environment, with proven application across FMCG and POSM outputs.
- Solid understanding of written English briefs and confidence to ask clarifying questions when required.
- Demonstrated agency experience working with global FMCG brands, implementing and maintaining strict brand guidelines across retail and POSM materials.
- Experienced in working with stock image libraries and advanced image manipulation to compose campaign, retail, and POSM assets.
- Proven experience working in a highly iterative, collaborative team environment.
- Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks in a deadline-driven FMCG setting.
- Able to work autonomously from client brief through to final delivery.
- Self-starter who is proactive, cooperative, and dynamic.
- Confident in sharing knowledge and design expertise with team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Thai.
- Desirable: Experience using 3D design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools for retail, POSM, or spatial visualization.
