Key Responsibilities:
Creative idea and Banner design
1. Develop creative concepts and execute Key Visual, content for Online and offline platforms, OOH, Banner, Print ads including
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
2. Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce eye-catching and innovative posts
3. Optimize visuals to maintain consistency with TrueMoney's branding across all digital channels.
Graphic Design and Marketing Support:
1. Design high-quality graphics, layouts, and promotional materials for various campaigns, including print and digital ads, banners,
posters, and infographics.
2. Assist the marketing creative team in developing designs for product launches, branding materials, and event promotions.
3. Create engaging visuals for presentations, pitch decks, and internal communications.
4. Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
1. Serve as a creative liaison between the social media and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
2. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, particularly in design and creative strategy.
3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
4. Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative workshops, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in creative roles, with at least 2-3 years in a senior capacity.
Hands-on experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality, diverse projects.
Proven experience creating content for social media and working on marketing campaigns.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with or know how to work with the team of video editing and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Knowledge of design principles, typography, and layout for both digital and print media.
Understanding of social media content formats, trends, and platform specifications.*Social viral creatives
