Senior Digital & Technology Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive Digital & Technology (D&T) transformation in alignment with company strategy.
• Define and execute the D&T strategy and roadmap, ensuring digital initiatives deliver measurable business value.
• Partner closely with business leaders to translate business needs into scalable and effective digital solutions.
• Govern and manage core technology platforms including ERP, SaaS, cloud solutions, and Microsoft 365.
• Oversee digital projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget, while managing risks and dependencies.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. PDPA) and internal IT governance policies.
• Manage external vendors, service providers, and technology partners to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
• Lead, develop, and upskill the D&T team to build future-fit digital and technology capabilities.
• Drive user adoption, change management, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in Managerial or Leadership role.
• Strong experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, and roadmap development.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of business processes, enterprise systems (ERP, CRM), cloud and SaaS platforms.
• Experience in project management, solution implementation, and vendor management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Technology and project management certifications will be an advantage.
