Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Standardize DGR(Daily Growth Rate) for manpower, machines, ASM line and workstations in cleanroom operations
• Optimize and standardize the headcount for all cleanroom process.
• Monitoring and maintaining standard DGR and standard Headcount without operational impact
• Drivecontinuous productivityimprovement, manpowerand capital investment
• Study detail working element, identify gapsand guide MFGteamfor proper method
• Lead new cross-functional solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree or higherin Industrial Engineering or related fields
• At least 3years of work experience in Factory, Operations and Project Management
• Industrial Engineering techniques andLean Manufacturing
• Coaching / Mentoring experience

PREFERRED:

• Lean/Six Sigma certification
• Digital Lean certification
• Skill in JMP / Minitab
• Knowledge in Project Management
• Proficiency in OTRS, Power BI, Spotfire and ChatGPT, etc.

SKILLS:

• Excellent understanding of factory operations, constraints, and mitigation actions
• Advanced skills in motion time study and data analysis, with a focus on identifying technical gaps
• Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional team
• Skilled in MS Office particularly PowerPoint and Excel
