Job Description
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timeline, scope, quality, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, Development, and vendors, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinating the overall technical aspects of the project with the vendor and the project team.
- Project Execution & Monitoring: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, task assignment, and accountability. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from our key user or business owner and assist in business conceptualization, integration and summarization of requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, wireframes, and functional specifications.
Key Qualification
- Bachelor's or master's Degree in the field of Software Engineering, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years experience in Business Analysis, Project management or Product/Process management, System analyst or in IT solution design
- Self-organized and self-motivated
- Understanding of both business and IT processes.
- Strong analytical skills with a systematic and structured approach to documenting business needs (modeling, requirement analysis) and problem solving
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Thai and English (verbal & written)
- Experience in Real Estate would be a plus.
