You will play a key role in transforming sales and channel data into meaningful insights that support data-driven decision-making. By analyzing performance across multiple sales channels, you will enable the business to optimize strategies, improve budget efficiency, and strengthen market competitiveness through actionable recommendations and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
WHAT YOU'LL CHAMPION:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and channel data to identify trends and performance by reviewing sales records, marketing activities, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for marketing strategy, Marketing Activities, and post-campaign analysis for the Marketing department.
- Evaluate the performance of various campaigns by country and by sales channels.
- Prepare regular, ad-hoc reports and presentations highlighting key findings, trends, and performance metrics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics; conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and potential risks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, and IT, to gather requirements, share insights, and align strategies.

WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with large datasets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Dashboards and Data Studio, with the ability to use SQL to retrieve data from servers.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, along with other relevant tools.
- Ambitious, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Passion to win, storytelling from big data, good analytical skills, and a marketing-related or business background will be advantage
