Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting by assessing performance metrics including all subsidiaries.
Lead company performance management, providing insights and recommendations to executive management to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Maintain continuous oversight of the company's financial health and take proactive measures to avert potential issues & risks.
Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, internal controls, and alignment with global finance policies.
Responsible for reporting in accordance with internal reporting and Group reporting schedule to ensure on the accuracy, reliable and timely reporting for all reports.
Drive process improvement, standardisation, and digitalisation of regional financial workflows.
Supervise FP&A team for services line P&L management including related balance sheet reconciliation to support Quarterly Balance Sheet review package.
Coordinate with Accounting and Tax team to prepare the necessary information or supporting documentation for external, internal Auditor and tax audit.
Responsible for reporting in accordance with internal reporting and Group reporting schedule to ensure on the accuracy, reliable and timely reporting for all reports.
Supervise Financial Controller and oversee the accounting operation to complete month end and year end closing on time. Financial Statement is properly present and reliable.
Responsible for company financial statement to ensure that accounting records are correct and accurate, ensuring that every transaction is comply with company policy, local tax regulation as well as statutory basis.
Others as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Financial or Accounting.
CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus.
At least 15 years experience in Business Finance/Accounting
Good command of English and Thai
Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
Proficient in the use of SAP / MS Office and others financial management software.
Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills within a matrix environment.
