We're looking for a high-impact Senior Manager / Head of Finance to build and scale a best-

in-class finance function across multiple jurisdictions. This is a hands-on leadership role for

someone who thrives in high-growth, multinational environments and wants to grow into a CFO

role.

What You'll Do:

Build and lead a scalable, multinational finance function

Own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and investor-ready reporting

Ensure IFRS compliance, audit readiness, and multi-entity consolidations

Design global tax, governance, and treasury frameworks (fiat + crypto)

Partner closely with Product, Legal, Operations, and Executive Leadership

(Highly preferred) Lead finance and governance for digital assets, tokens, and on-chain

revenue

Who You Are:

812 years of experience in finance, accounting, tax, or treasury

Big 4 background (audit, tax, or advisory)

Strong IFRS expertise

Experience in high-growth tech or startup environments

Comfortable operating across ASEAN, MENA, and offshore structures

Builder mindset, entrepreneurial, and execution-driven

Excellent English communication; Thai language is a plus
