Job Purpose
Lead and oversee end-to-end financial controlling for the CLC business, ensuring strong financial governance, high-quality reporting, and effective business partnering. This role plays a critical part in driving financial performance, managing risks, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy & Business Performance
- Act as a strategic finance partner to business leaders, providing insights to drive performance and profitability
- Analyze business trends, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend actionable improvements
- Support key business initiatives through financial analysis and decision support
2. Planning, Budgeting & Reporting
- Lead financial planning processes including Budget, Forecast, and FinPlan
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and presentations to senior management
- Monitor performance against budget, forecast, and prior year, with clear variance analysis
3. Operations Finance Leadership
- Lead and develop the Operations Finance team to support business decisions
- Partner closely with CEO, EXCO, and functional leaders on P&L performance and key initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting quality
4. Governance, Compliance & Internal Control
- Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with regulations (SET/SEC, BOI, MOC, etc.)
- Oversee audit processes and ensure adherence to corporate policies
- Drive process standardization and financial data quality across the organization
5. Working Capital & Risk Management
- Manage working capital, including receivables, payables, and inventory
- Lead credit control and debt management to minimize overdue accounts
- Evaluate financial risks and provide mitigation strategies
6. Investment & CAPEX Management
- Review and evaluate investment proposals and business cases
- Monitor CAPEX performance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Track project outcomes to ensure value realization
7. Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team
- Build strong engagement and capability within the team
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

- Company KPIs: Op. EBITDA, FOCF, NOA, NWC
- Financial planning: Budget, Forecast, and reporting accuracy

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in financial controlling / finance business partnering roles
- Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Experience working in large organizations or multinational environments preferred
