Senior HR Business Partner (Senior HRBP)
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our organization and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is commercially minded, highly adaptable, and able to manage complex people matters with confidence and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Provide hands‑on HRBP support across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Proactively identify and resolve people‑related issues with strong judgment and problem‑solving skills
- Act as a key advisor during change management, restructuring, and sensitive employee cases
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and hiring strategies
- Leverage prior Talent Acquisition experience to support leadership on hiring decisions, talent pipelines, and employer branding
- Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and people management best practices
- Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with local labor laws and internal governance
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with solid exposure as an HR Business Partner
- Previous hands‑on Talent Acquisition experience is required
- Strong command of English (written and spoken); able to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to handle urgent and complex situations with professionalism and sound judgment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, matrix or multinational environment is highly preferred
