We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support (Mid-Level) to manage day-to-day IT operations and support the setup and improvement of IT systems within a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is eager to learn and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, systems, and IT equipment
- Support user onboarding/offboarding (email, system access, devices)
- Monitor and maintain network, internet, and basic server/cloud systems
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth daily IT operations
- Coordinate with vendors for system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Assist in implementing IT policies, security practices, and documentation
- Support basic system setup and improvement projects as the company grows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Support / IT Infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of networks, hardware, software, and cloud systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Good communication and service-minded attitude
