Duties and Responsibilities

- Strategic Partnership Development:Assist in building and managing alliances with key partners, including finance, logistics, and charging infrastructure companies.
- Client Relationship Management:Maintain and grow relationships with clients and partners, driving upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
- Commercial Strategy & Proposals:Help design pricing, packages, and proposals. Prepare materials for negotiations and agreements.
- Sales Funnel Management:Support the full sales process, from lead qualification to deal closing. Track progress across stages.
- Market Intelligence & Analysis:Monitor trends, competitors, and regulations. Summarize insights to support decisions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, finance, legal) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Performance Reporting:Track and report business development activities, pipeline status, and sales forecasts using CRM.
Qualifications
Education:Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- 25 yrs in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Automotive, EV, or renewable energy experience a plus.
Skills & Knowledge:
- EV tech basics (range, power, charging/swapping).
- Market & trend savvy in EV motorcycles.
- Strong negotiator & relationship builder.
- Commercial acumen, deal structuring, sales pipeline creation.
- Fluent Thai & English, excellent communicator & presenter.
- Leadership & data-driven decision-making.
