Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. operators, corporate clients, and government agencies. Support pipeline growth.
  2. Strategic Partnership Development:Assist in building and managing alliances with key partners, including finance, logistics, and charging infrastructure companies.
  3. Client Relationship Management:Maintain and grow relationships with clients and partners, driving upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
  4. Commercial Strategy & Proposals:Help design pricing, packages, and proposals. Prepare materials for negotiations and agreements.
  5. Sales Funnel Management:Support the full sales process, from lead qualification to deal closing. Track progress across stages.
  6. Market Intelligence & Analysis:Monitor trends, competitors, and regulations. Summarize insights to support decisions.
  7. Cross-Functional Coordination:Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, finance, legal) to ensure smooth project execution.
  8. Performance Reporting:Track and report business development activities, pipeline status, and sales forecasts using CRM.

Qualifications

Education:Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

  • 25 yrs in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Automotive, EV, or renewable energy experience a plus.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • EV tech basics (range, power, charging/swapping).
  • Market & trend savvy in EV motorcycles.
  • Strong negotiator & relationship builder.
  • Commercial acumen, deal structuring, sales pipeline creation.
  • Fluent Thai & English, excellent communicator & presenter.
  • Leadership & data-driven decision-making.
