Role Overview
This role focuses on providing Strategic Support to drive Merchant Acquisition and Retention goals. You will be responsible for the Project Management of Finance Solutions across all channels. Your mission is to collaborate with various Channel Teams (both Online and Offline) to ensure all strategic plans are executed systematically and aligned with the policies set by the Head of Unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Action Plan & Project Tracking: Translate policies from the Head of Unit into actionable plans and rigorously track project progress to provide regular status updates to the Head of Unit.
- Executive Presentation & Deck Preparation: Design and develop High-impact Presentations and summary decks for Finance Solutions. Support the Head of Unit in pitching to executives or partners with a focus on speed, clarity, and professional storytelling.
- Data Analysis & Spreadsheet Management: Consolidate and manage sales data or KPIs from various Channel Teams using Excel or Google Sheets. Analyze raw data and transform it into actionable insights with high speed and accuracy.
- Channel Coordination & Support: Act as a liaison with Channel Teams to gather information, identify on-the-ground bottlenecks, and prepare necessary Sales Tools to meet specific channel requirements.
- Omni-channel Operation: Synchronize workflows between Online (In-app/E-commerce) and Offline (Direct Sales/Dealers/True Teleco) channels as assigned by the Head of Unit.
- Internal Coordination: Serve as a central point of contact with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) to follow up on tasks and resolve preliminary issues based on priorities set by the Head of Unit.
Qualifications
- Experience: 46 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, or Account Management. (Experience in Fintech, B2B, or CRM Solutions is highly preferred).
- Master of Presentation: Exceptional skills in PowerPoint or Google Slides with the ability to simplify complex information into clear Data Visualizations under tight deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency (Excel/Google Sheets): Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/Index-Match, etc.), with a proven ability to manage large datasets accurately and efficiently.
- Structured Thinking: Highly organized with a systematic mindset and strong Priority Setting skills while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication & Coordination: Strong Follow-up and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with Channel Teams as a peer to ensure timely delivery of results.
- Agile Mindset: Highly adaptable and proactive. Able to handle Ad-hoc tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving SME business environment.
