Senior Manager, Key Account - Lotus

Responsibilities:

• Maximize volume and revenue in assigned key accounts through fact-based selling methods.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure customer compliance with contractual requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Field Execution team to improve and ensure in-store execution.
• Analyze business trends to develop strategies for business growth.
• Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
• Identify business-building opportunities for our brands and sell persuasively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 57 years experience in Key Account Management; experience with Modern Trade is required.
• Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
• Excellent decision-making, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to drive strategic decisions.
• Strong negotiation skills; experience as Key Account Manager for Lotus is a plus.
