About Your Role

What You'll Do

  • Drive volume and revenue growth across assigned key accounts through fact-based selling and data-driven insights
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Ensure customer compliance with contract requirements and trading terms
  • Collaborate closely with the Field Execution team to improve and maintain high-quality in-store execution standards
  • Analyze business trends and market data to develop forward-looking growth strategies for assigned accounts
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotional programs to drive brand development and performance
  • Identify and persuasively present new business-building opportunities for the brand portfolio

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management
  • Experience in modern trade Preferred
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English communication
  • Strong skills in decision-making, negotiation, and stakeholder presentations
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable business strategies
