Role Summary:
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (International Markets) to lead GAGA's International expansion marketing. This role is the bridge between HQ and international partners, ensuring brand consistency while adapting to local markets. You'll create international marketing frameworks, launch playbooks, and campaign toolkits and directly support partners with implementation. This is a hands-on role for someone who can present, travel, and make GAGA a success story.
Key Responsibilities:
1. International Marketing Support
- Act as the primary contact for international partners on marketing.
- Develop marketing toolkits, playbooks, and training decks.
- Provide ongoing guidance and feedback on partners local activations.
2. International Market Launches
- Lead marketing planning for new market entries (launch campaigns, PR, activations).
- Travel internationally to support store openings and activations.
- Coordinate with Operations and R&D to ensure launch readiness.
3. Campaign Localization
- Adapt HQ brand campaigns for local markets, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
- Provide creative direction for translations, cultural tweaks, and local channel mix.
4. Partnerships
- Identify and manage cross-border collaborations with brands, influencers, or platforms.
- Ensure partnerships reinforce both international brand equity and local traction.
5. Leadership & Collaboration
- Work closely with branding and communications team to ensure brand voice consistency.
- Collaborate with R&D on NPD launches
- Support Marketing Director in international pitches, roadshows, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- 58 years in international marketing, market expansion, or international brand management.
- Proven ability to manage multi-market campaigns and stakeholders.
- Experience in franchise systems, retail, or F&B expansion highly preferred.
- Demonstrates a strong Passion for Growth by actively seeking learning opportunities, embracing challenges, and driving both personal and organizational development.
- Strong project management and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally (frequent).
- Excellent presentation skills, fluent in English.
